Program Description

Stretch, breathe and have fun at the Library with a gentle kids yoga session that encourages mindfulness, focus, and relaxation. Through simple stretches and breathing exercises, children will learn to center themselves and enjoy a peaceful moment of stillness. We ask that participants please bring a towel or yoga mat.
After the Yoga session is complete, we will put out supplies for zen coloring to keep the mindfulness flowing.
A children's yoga instructor certified through Yoga Effects and Karma Kids, Lindsay Fletcher loves incorporating yoga into the classroom and watching little yogis blossom.
