Come sing, move, and find your calm! Families will be invited to explore their emotions through lively songs and storytelling activities. We'll share soothing mindfulness practices like gentle breathing and imaginative visualizations to feel peaceful and present.
Sarah Packard is a classically trained singer and actor with a rich background in musical and theatrical performance. She has a strong passion for education, having taught opera to youth in Detroit and children's music and storytelling in NYC. After transitioning from the corporate world, she is now returning to music education, incorporating movement and mindfulness as a certified yoga and meditation teacher.
