In-person at the Library (minimum required; limited space)
Jumpstart your creativity and get inspired in this hands-on writing workshop. Engage with interactive prompts and playful writing games as you shape original stories and explore your unique style, themes, and characters. Writers will be encouraged to experiment with form and voice—no experience necessary.
Misty Yarnall
Misty holds a BA in Creative Writing from Purchase College and is a member of the Teaching Artist Institute of Rochester. She has led writing workshops for all ages with organizations including Writers & Books, the Howard County Arts Council, and the Hudson Valley Writers Center.
